2004年毕业于565net必赢生物科学专业,获学士学位;2010年获565net必赢细胞生物学专业博士学位,期间主要从事植物细胞骨架结构与功能方向的研究;2011年-2017年分别在德国马克斯-普朗克分子植物生理学研究所、英国剑桥大学从事博士后工作,主要研究植物细胞壁合成的分子调控机理和机械应力调控植物顶端分生组织形态的机制。在Nature Communications、Trends in Plant Science和The Plant Cell等学术期刊上发表论文多篇。2017年底被聘为565net必赢研究员,就职于565net必赢细胞增殖及调控生物学教育部重点实验室。
1、植物细胞壁合成的分子调控机理:细胞壁是植物细胞区别于动物细胞的特征性结构之一,在维持植物细胞形态和调控细胞生长等过程中起重要作用,与植物尤其是农作物的株型、抗倒伏性和抗病虫害能力等重要农艺性状密切相关。此外,植物细胞壁具有广泛的工业应用价值,例如其主要成分纤维素不仅是造纸和纺织工业的主要原料,也是可被转化为安全、清洁的可再生能源的生物质资源。本实验室的一个主要方向是研究植物细胞壁中纤维素合成的分子基础,如纤维素合酶复合体新成员的筛选和功能分析、纤维素合酶复合体组装和分泌过程的分子调控机理、细胞壁和细胞骨架之间的相互作用关系等。
